Metis student assistance not lawsuits!

I don't know Terry (Belhumeur, Co-defendant) and only he can answer to why he now wants to make himself look foolish publicly - after this length of time. His apology sounds forced and insincere - in fact you would almost think someone (let's say BULLY for the sake of giving someone an identity) (words deleted) to sell his soul so that a lawyer who may not be looking so good right now had a stronger case to pursue one individual.

Stick with it Mr. Pieuk - looks like things must be heading in the right direction for you - which will only make all of them look even more pathetic.

Thank you for writing and the kind words. Sorry we had to delete a few words but we've been told by a well-known and respected Metis leader the lawyer of whom you speak (Not even Metis!) religiously monitors this site looking for litigious material.

What's shameful are the many Metis parents throughout Manitoba with promising children who need financial help to assist them realize their dreams of becoming skilled trades workers or attend college and university so they'll have opportunities their Mothers and Fathers never did to improve their station in life.

Ever wonder how many grants, burseries and scholarships could be created if the thousands, and thousands and thousands of dollars the MMF has spent enriching Counselor Trachtenberg were used instead for this purpose? We do!
