Thank you for contacting CyberSmokeBlog.

Simple. A check of our records shows we e-mailed a copy of our submission Thursday, June 21, 2012 at 1:52 a.m. to Counsel to the Inquiry George Macintosh. Copies then had to transmitted to Independent Counsel and lawyers for ACJ Douglas.Your e-mail was received on Friday, June 22, 2012 at 1:50 p.m. or almost 12-yours to the minute.

We did not deem it appropriate or courteous to publish a copy on the internet until the Inquiry Committee and Counsel had an opportunity to see it first.

We will be presenting tomorrow morning sometime shortly after 9:00 in the Federal Court of Canada courtroom located on the 4th Floor of 363 Broadway Avenue. Perhaps you'd like to attend?

Regardless, we will be approaching the two other individuals who are also seeking status Ms Cher Hazen and Mr. Alex Chapman for permission to post their submissions along with ours. To the best of our knowledge there are no other applicants.

 After presentation if approached by the media, we remain quite prepared to make available a copy.
