A BIG "YES" and a little no!

Good Day Readers:

We just received the following e-mail from the Canadian Judicial Council which we have not yet had a chance to study in detail, however, the CJC released 2-decisions a few minutes ago:

(1) The "BIG YES" - The second complaint against ACJ Douglas will go ahead. It involved 2-computer discs that were anonymously sent to the Canadian Judicial Council

(2) The "little no" - Too bad for you CBC no real time tweeting from the courtroom during the Inquiry

We'll be commenting upon those decisions as soon as we've had a chance to study them in detail. In the meantime, VJH and Chris Budgell if you read this and have the time our readers would undoubtedly be interested in your comments and so would we given all the money CyberSmokeBlog is paying you.

Sincerely,
Clare L. Pieuk
