The Delichte file who is in control?

Good Day Readers:

When a divorce/custody Queen's Bench Family Division case has 394 filings covering the period March 2004 to June 2012 and is still active, one has to wonder where's the ontinuity? There have been multiple Justices, Masters, and changes of lawyers. We were curious so quickly looked at the Disposition Sheet for Delichte versus Rogers (FD04-01-73022). Here is what we found.

This begs the question, who is in control of this file? But it doesn't end there. A decision was filed by the Court of Appeal August 23, 2011. Plus there was a decision by the Court of Appeal filed August 23, 2011 which means more judges were involved.

We noticed something else worth following up which may be of interest. On June 29, 2007 it appears Karyn Delichte when she was still Karyn Rogers was granted an Order of Protection by Justice of the Peace Verheist (Application Document 94 and Protection Order document 96). There appears a lot transpired in the months that Order was set aside on September 21, 2077 (Document Number 144) by Justice Little but what?
