Full disclosure transparency?

Cher Monsieur Sabourin:

The Sarah Whitmore affidavit filed last Friday in the Federal Court of Canada's Toronto Office is quite lengthy. To access a copy in Winnipeg, where the Douglas Inquiry is being held, would require that it be electronically transferred then printed at the rate of 40 cents per page for taxpayers wishing to review the documentation.

The affidavit is in support of Ms Sheila Block's application August 20 of this year before the FCC for a judicial review and termination of the Inquiry on the basis of an alleged apprehension of bias. Since it was published on the CJC website by natural extension will the Whitmore affidavit also be reproduced in its entirety?

Merci bien.

Sincerement,
Clare L. Pieuk
