Calling all self-reps! Calling all self-reps!
Good Day Readers:
A special thank you to Mr. Super Self-Rep Chris Budgell (cjbudgell@gmail.com) who sent the following link.
http://www.representing-yourself.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=99&Itemid=97
There you will find an 8-page Executive Summary and the 147-page study released the other day by University of Windsor law professor Dr. Julie Macfarlane. It's based on one-on-one interviews with approximately 380 self-reps in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario for which funding was made available.
CyberSmokeBlog has not read the study so is in no position to comment. Hopefully, Mr. Self-Rep will weigh in with his assessment in the near future. Wonder what, if anything, the study says about the Canadian Judicial Council?
Sincerely,
Clare L. Pieuk
