A lot better informed than we think?

Am I seeing right? That baby isn't really p.....g on Bush! There has to be more going on here than we realize.

Thank you for writing. That's how we found the picture while searching Google images for something else so we don't know. However, we suspect the photograph was morphed, that, or maybe the child is a lot better informed than we think.
