"Why do you think they deliver mail during the day?"

Good Day Readers:
Boston Celtics coach Doc Rivers is always telling his young players, "Nothing good ever happens after midnight, why do you think they deliver mail during the day?" So too with Perez Hilton - what were you doing out at 3:00 a.m.?
Wonder what former Miss California Carrie Prejean thinks of all this?

Celebrity-blogger Perez Hilton claims he was assaulted outside a nightclub this morning following his appearance as a presenter at last night's MuchMusic Video Awards.
Hilton alleges that Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards assaulted him shortly after 3 a.m. in front of Cobra night club on King Street West.
Toronto police confirm that Hilton had contacted them with an assault allegation, but had no comment pending an investigation. In a Twitter posting, Will.i.am denied an assault took place.
Hilton tweeted almost immediately after the alleged incident, claiming in a 4 a.m. posting that: "I was assaulted by Will. I. Am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke."
A post from Will.i.am shortly before 6 a.m. said: "Perez Hilton is a liar."
In the meantime, Perez followed up his first post with a plea to his fans to stop calling police to get help.
"The Toronto police are here now. Thank you. Please stop calling them," he wrote.
In an email to the Star, Hilton stuck to his story.
"I would never make up something like that...I spoke truthfully to the authorities and they are investigating the assault," he wrote.
Hilton, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira, runs the celebrity blog Perezhilton.com.
