So who is Muriel Parker and what does she do? Anyone know?

Dear Frank Godon:

Thank you for writing. Muriel Parker is a longtime MMF aparachick who was at one time the Federation's Vice-President for The Pas Region during which she simultaneously served on the Board of Directors of the "supposedly arms-length" Louis Riel Capital Corporation. She also sits on the Federation's Finance Committee chaired by Elbert Chartrand, as well as, LRCC's current Chairwoman.

It is our understanding Ms Parker is on long term disability from Canada Post.
