She's 65-years-old and still commands top Hollywood roles, but Dame Helen Mirren's outlook for older female actors is dire. Earlier this month, the Oscar winner gave a speech, in which she called out Hollywood for kowtowing to young male sensibilities, resulting in fewer roles for older women.
