Anyone know?

After reading the article below was curious so went back to quickly check the information package taxpayers receive from the Canada Revenue Agency every January but could find nothing specifically authorizing the CRA to make this data available to Statistics Canada. Anyone know where it can be found?
Sincerely,

WINNIPEG - Maybe Manitoba's licence plates should read Generous Manitoba instead of Friendly Manitoba.
Statistics Canada says Manitobans are No. 1 in charitable giving.
Figures from the federal agency says Manitoban tax filers contributed $378 million to charity, based on 2010 tax forms — up by 4.7 per cent from 2009.
It says Manitoba is first in the percentage of the population declaring a donation on tax returns — 26.3 per cent, or 228,320 Manitobans, up 1.9 per cent from the year before.
That’s higher than the national average of 23.4 per cent and edges out both Saskatchewan and Prince Edward Island at 25.3 per cent.
And when Manitobans open their wallets, their median donation is $360, meaning half the donors gave more than $360 while half gave less — the national median donation is $260.
