A future blueprint for employee social media usage?

Good Day Readers:

Milbank a long established New York City BigLaw has issued it's detailed social media policy for employees. Some might argue it goes too far and impinges on an individual's freedom of speech and expression - you can be the judge and jury. Are you going to see more and more organizations legal and otherwise adopt similar policies. Will any be challenged in court as violating a person's constitutional rights?
