Don't miss the exciting world premiere of Part II - "The MurrayGate Tapes!"

Murray N. ("Happy") Trachtenberg

Tansi/Good Day Readers:

Shortly we will be posting the second installment of my January 24, 2006 cross-examination by MMF lawyer Murray Trachtenberg. This is a public domain document which can be viewed and photocopied by visiting the Queen's Bench File Registry at the Provincial Law Courts Building, 408 York Avenue.

We believe this goes to the very heart of the freedom of speech and expression issue which the Federation is obviously trying to curtail. Today CyberSmokeSignals - tomorrow derrylsanderson.blogspot.com or randydelaronde.blogspot.com - who's next? As blog/web masters of Metis specific sites, you too could some day be facing a Notice of Cross-Examination from Murray Trachtenberg forcing you to turn over e-mail.

Perhaps a good place to start is with the original Notice of Cross-Examination and its seven terms and conditions as set out by Murray Trachtenberg. You decide if this is a good way to spend YOUR public money. Please stay tuned.

Sincerely,
Clare L. Pieuk

I resent "Anonymous" who said Clare should not be involved in Metis issues because he is not Metis. He pays taxes, his tax dollars go to the MMF - he gets sued by the Federation with his own money.

Now tell me, Clare has no right to be involved with Metis issues. Also, he was advocating for the Metis when his and other comments hit David where it hurts. If you don't like it, go read the funny papers or watch Archie Bunker on TV.

Hi Dusty,

Love your reasoning - I really do! But watch those Archie Bunker comments - how did you know that's my favourite television show (Just Joking!).

First David says, "It's not a question of if, it's just when we win." Then he goes on, "if the case is successful." What kind of double talk is that? I think the President should get out of there and let Dumont carry on what he started in 1981.

David is too focused on the money end of it while Dumont is more concerned with advancing the Metis part. Again, David's greed shows when he starts saying, "this deal could be worth Billions" or something like that.

If I'm wrong correct me because I don't want to be sued by Clare's tax dollars that end up at the MMF.

Hi again Dusty,

Not to worry I'll never sue you with my tax dollars the MMF got. However, I can't speak for David Chartrand, his Provincial Board of Directors and especially "my learned friend" Murray Trachtenberg.
