There you have it! Thank you to fellow blogger and Co-Defendant Terry Belhumeur for the heads up. On several occasions recently Mr. Murray N. Trachtenberg was seen at MMF headquarters in the company of Mr. Zivot so we played a hunch. I called The Law Society of Manitoba which confirmed he is an inactive Member which suggests he may either be retired or semi-retired. You'll recall previous CEO Alvin Hamiltion was a former provincial judge.
At yesterday's Provincial Board of Director's Meeting Agenda Item 5 was Mr. Zivot's appointment.
