Why are we only allowed, according to the constitution of the MMF, to send 2 delegates per Local to the Annual General Assembly and Duck Bay can send as many as they want -approximately 300 attended in 2004? Let’s calculate that amount =300 X $50 travel = $15,000, that is, if they are only receiving $50 each.

I think David Chartrand has a commercial fishing license. They have a fish processing plant at Duck Bay. Smells fishy to me.
