Do not understand this UNDERTAKING. The petition written by Lionel R. Chartrand was posted verbatim with his full consent and permission on or about January 28, 2004. During the first week of February 2006, Co-Defendant Terrance Paul Belhumeur unilaterally and without prior notice of our then attorney Jeffrey J. Niederhoffer and I changed the User Name and Pass Word for his website www.CyberSmokeSignals.com, in effect, denying me access. Therefore, any and all copies of said document will be in his exclusive possession.
UNDERTAKING NO. 2 – PRODUCE COPIES OF ALL THE E-MAILS RECEIVED FROM LIONEL CHARTRAND OR THAT MR. PIEUK HAS SENT TO HIM DEALING WITH THE PETITION AND DEALING WITH THE COMMENCEMENT AND PROSECUTION OF THIS LAWSUIT
