Hope this clarifies the situation!
Anonymous has left a new comment on your post "Guilty!"
What is this we hear about Terry being paid by the lawyer for giving information to the MMF? Is that not bribery and illegal?

Dear Anonymous:
Thank you for writing. Based on the very limited information provided, we're assuming you're referring to the Manitoba Metis Federation's taxpayer funded defamation lawsuit against www.CyberSmokeSignals.com.
As we increaingly position this site to go deeper into the Blogosphere, it's extremely important to clarify possible misinformation. We're guessing you probably mean the letter written by Counselor Trachtenberg displayed below. If not and you have any other evidence, please bring it forward (You can remain anonymous!) so we can check it out and report back.
A few years ago Terry Belhumeur advised us he maintained a Post Office Box in Gunton, Manitoba for his business (T.B. Outfitting), however, Counselor Trachtenberg is well aware of his permanent Winnipeg address. Why he was paid a travel allowance is beyond us.
Sincerely,
Clare L. Pieuk

Nooooooooo, only $25 is for travel, the other money is paying him for his testimony. He has a lot to answer for !
No, only 25 bucks is for travel the rest is for him to talk
