Tasered Man Ends Up In Hospital

A 42-year-old man is in stable condition in hospital after being tasered early Sunday morning.
Winnipeg Police were called to the 1000 block of Jefferson Avenue around 2 a.m. after receiving reports of a man causing a disturbance.

The suspect fell backwards after being tasered and hit his head on the sidewalk. He was initially taken to hospital in critical condition but was upgraded to stable.

The investigation continues.
