Blogging Canadians describes itself as:

..... is a collection of political blogs by Canadians. Unlike other blog groups this site is not branded under one party instead it encompasses bloggers from all political views into different channels.

Several months ago we registered with Blogging Canadians but had forgotten about it. It's linked to over 170 sites and ranked about 7th for visitor numbers in Canada. A posting which first appeared by The Public Eye

made its way here and then unbeknownst to us to Blogging Canadians. The other day we received the following e-mail. Checking the site it appears we can post directly. What a great system for updating the public about the Manitoba Metis Federation's taxpayer financed defamation lawsuit against the now defunct www.CyberSmokeSignals.com! Could Blogging Canadians be one of the reasons lately our visitor numbers have been significantly spiking?

MR. ALLAN DYKER WANTS TO SEE THE FILE IN ORDER TO MAKE A DECISION AS TO WHETHER HE WILL TAKE THE CASE, AND NEEDS TIME.

YOU YOURSELF TOLD ME IN AN EMAIL THAT I COULD NOT PRESENT IN COURT,

BECAUSE OF MY DISABILITY, AS THAT IS THE LAW.

YOUR ACTIONS WILL BE GROUNDS FOR A HUMAN RIGHTS COMPLAINT.

YOU ARE BEING UNREASONABLE.

IT APPEARS THAT ALL YOU WANT TO DO IS RUN THE BILL UP,

AND PUNISH ME FOR COMPLAINING ABOUT YOU TO THE LAW SOCIETY.

YOU LIED TO ME ABOUT THE INITIAL AGREEMENT, AND REFUSED TO

PROVIDE A COPY OF IT [AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS] (WHICH WAS A NON EXISTENT AGREEMENT);

AND REPEATED TRIED TO EXTORT FROM ME AN AGREEMENT WHICH MADE

ME PERSONALLY LIABLE FOR THE ESTATE.

THERE WAS NOT SUCH ORIGINAL AGREEMENT, AND YOU KNEW THAT.

YOU TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY DISABILITY, AND USE IT AGAINS .....
