Recently The Public Eye (vicpopuli1@gmail.com) posted this metaphorical image in relation to an article entitled, The System.
It's about prominent California Democrat Maxine Walters who's a senior member of the Congressional Committee investigating the financial crisis. It seems she and her husband are being looked at because of their deep ties to a Massachusettes bank which received federal bailout money.
