Make an election video Reddbird!

Good Day Readers:

While checking the links on candidate Derryl Sanderson's Blog (www.derrylsanderson.blogspot.com) an idea arrived. But first. From there you can directly access Presidential Candidate Frank Godon's Facebook Page (Frank Godon Presidential Campaign Site), his Webpage (Metisonline) and even this site (Cybersmokeblog - MMF Lawsuit).

Now the brainwave. While it's great Team Godon has made Manitoba Metis political election history with the first video and candidate Derryl Sanderson has promised to follow suit, why not extend the concept by really putting the You into YouTube. If You have an iPhone why not record a question or comment and send it to Messrs. Godon and Sanderson so they can post it on their sites' and respond?

I would like to know why it is so hard to get elders recognized by the Head Office? We have been petitioning executives to acknowledge one of our long term residents in St. Lazare who is a veteran and sick. We have received no replies, its very frustrating. They make up so many excuses! Why is that? Does anyone know? We need more elders.

Perhaps Reddbird does not have a webcam but surely someone in St Lazare does. Can you imagine the impact if a YouTube were made and sent to candidates Godon and Sanderson who then posted it on the internet for all to see?

If Reddbird would like to remain anonymous not a problem. Remember The Unknown Comic (Canadian Murray Langston - Dartmouth, Nova Scotia) who appeared on several American television shows during the 1970s?
Laugh as you will but it works. The Halifax Group, Sons of Maxwell had one of their group's guitars broken by United Airlines baggage handlers. After more than a year of letters and telephone calls nothing, that is, until they made this video.

After it went internet viral United couldn't move fast enough to settle the claim!

No one is expecting anything as exotic as this, Reddbird, but make a simple 1-2 minute YouTube explaining the situation as best you can, distribute it to the Blogs and guaranteed David Chartrand and his Board of Directors will be in your backyard fixing the problem faster than you can turn around.
