Thank your for writing. Yes, we realize the photograph was taken a couple months ago at the H1N1 vaccination clinic set up in St. Boniface. We wondered how David Chartrand and his grandson "just happened" to be selected for an interview by a Winnipeg Free Press reporter and cameraperson from among the dozens and dozens who were there? A pre-arranged election photo op?
