Good Day Readers:

We'd like to thank Mr. Populi for reproducing our article from yesterday, "Bizarre, petty and childish in Courtroom 330!" in which publicly financed, prolific, production line, serial kvetching MMF defamation lawyer Murray Trachtenberg claimed he was "threatened" by opposing counsel as he exited the courtroom after a session in the Manitoba Court of Appeal.

We were positioned in the front row of the public gallery near the door so were in an excellent position to hear the exchange. It that was a threat so is saying, "Hello how are you today." Talk about mischaracterizing a situation!

This comes from a lawyer who has no hesitation whatsoever misusing the law in the Federation's classic, textbook SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation) in an attempt to threaten, harass, bully and intimidate self-represented Defendants. Talk about an abuse of the legal system!
