As always thank you very much for writing. You're still number one!

From the beginning we've said Manitoba Metis Federation President David Chartrand's personal, taxpayer financed defamation lawyer Murray Trachtenberg's lawsuit against this site's precursor (www.CyberSmokeSignals.com) is ill-advided and ill-conceived - it's full of huge holes. As a result, it has been going sideways for years.

We suggested the "Judicial Fireside Chat" approach more than 5-years ago at which time Counselor Trachtenberg summarily rejected it. Now he's desperately running around reminiscent of a Monty Python character trying to save "his" precious lawsuit. He's really quite amusing to watch.
