Well Ms Glover how say you?

Noticed in one of your blog posts you referenced MP Shelly Glover. I have heard her make reference several times to being Metis. Would you happen to know how her claim is supported i.e. is it the usual MMF 'self declared' type or is she in fact a descendant with a Manitoba script issue. I too am Metis but have not sought to join the MMF for a number of reasons, so my sources of information are somewhat limited and that is why I have asked you.

Being non-Aboriginal we don't know either, however, here's her email address shelly@shellyglover.ca. Hopefully she, or one of her staff, will respond. A word of caution. In the past we've tried contacting her electronically at least three times but have yet to receive a response. Perhaps with an election underway she'll be a tad more receptive. How's this?
