Where are you Anonymous?

Good Day Readers:

Recall it was one week ago today Anonymous said it would be releasing more information about Vic Toews. Then yesterday it was 24 hours. So where is it?

For the past week or two we've been trying unsuccessfully to access Mr. Toews divorce file at Queen's Bench Registry to ascertain what all the kerfuffle is about. At one point it was suggested it might be with someone in  the Law Courts administration so we sent the following message to the person as recommended:

Recently, I have been attempting to secure access to the public domain Queen’s Bench File FD-08-01-86932 (Lorraine Kathleen Fehr versus Victor Eric Towes) but have been advised by staff it is not currently available and may be resident with a court official(s).

Could you please instruct me as to the application procedure required to make a formal request to view it.

Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

To which we received:

It happens that at times files (publicly available) are temporarily inaccessible for reasons related to court administration. I did check on this file this morning to see that it is currently accessible. It would simply be a matter of attending to the Registry and completing the required third party access request procedure that is in place.

So that's what we'll do. If Anonymous comes through and is not blowing hot air out the back of its shorts should be interesting to see how much comes from the divorce file versus other source(s).

Sincerely,
Clare L. Pieuk
