A special note to readers .....

Good Day:

Sorry for the lack of fresh material the past couple days but we've been quietly busy offline diligently seeking clarification regarding the upcoming Associate Chief Justice Douglas Public Inquiry.

As you know, recently the Canadian Judicial Council announced there would be a public meeting beginning at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, May 19 at the Federal Court of Canada in Winnipeg (4th Floor 363 Broadway Avenue). The purpose will be to provide prospective intervenors seeking standing at the formal Inquiry (date and location to be announced) an opportunity to make their arguments.

Problem is, the Press Release was very short on specifics or to use a sports analogy, what will be in bounds and out of bounds - the ground rules? That's what we've been attempting to clarify. Hopefully, we'll be able to pass along the answers to our questions prior to Saturday.

Thank you for your patience.

Sincerely,
Clare L. Pieuk
