The interveners?

Good Day Readers:

The title almost sounds like a television reality show. On Monday, June 25, 2012 the second pre-Inquiry hearing in the Douglas Public Inquiry will take place beginning at 9 a.m. in the Federal Court of Canada courtroom located on the 4th floor of 363 Broadway Avenue.

Although open to the public, we suggest you come early because the room has perhaps 70-seats which could go fast given the media and public's interest.

Mr. George K. Macintosh, Q. C. Counsel to the Inquiry Committee released and agenda which is not time sensitive meaning all we know is the order of business. As you can appreciate, it is impossible for Mr. Macintosh to be precise as to the starting time for the various items. The agenda is posted on this site. (Latest developments in the Douglas Inquiry - June 13, 2012)

At that time the Review Panel made no funding commitment beyond the application process should Alex Chapman be successful.

Ms Cher Hazen will also be seeking intervener standing, as well as, CyberSmokeBlog.

Sincerely,
Clare L. Pieuk
