Only the second monarch in British history (Queen Victoria was the first) to celebrate this landmark, Queen Elizabeth has inspired one echoing sound from Britain’s retailers: ka-ching! Ex-Goldman Sachs executive Victoria Jossel and her childhood friend Romy Lewis’s bakery, Lola’s, has released five types of Diamond Jubilee cupcakes—from chocolate “Jubilee Crown” to something called “Jubilee Swirl.”  Starting at £2.50 each.
