Bitcher & Prickman are back!

Good Day Readers:

Was looking for a Bitcher & Prickman cartoon about SLAPPs (Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation) when we came upon a veritable treasure trove.

Created by Texas attorney Charles Pugsley Fincher, B & P have been a mainstay of legal jokes for many years. He was called to the Bar in 1971 and is currently practicing with The Allison Law Firm (Texas) specializing in serious injury and wrongful death suits. How many lawyers do you know who are also cartoonists?

One of our readers keeps us apprised of a classic defamation suit in Minnesota for which we like to use  Bitcher & Prickman as insight into how this type of litigation can operate or as one solicitor told us recently they're lawsuits of attrition.
