The appeal!

Good Day Readers:

A check of the Manitoba Court of Appeal online file registry shows Mr. Alex Chapman has initiated litigation (AI12-30-07831). The Disposition Sheet indicates he is self-represented while William Gange (Gange Goodman & French) is acting on behalf of Respondent Jack King.

It would appear Alex Chapman is challenging Queen's Bench Justice Chris Martin's Order that he repay the $25,000 negotiated as part of a confidentiality agreement plus $7,500 in legal costs Mr. King incurred. Next week CyberSmokeBlog will attend the Appeals Division at The Law Courts to review the filings.
