We assume you're referring to the $50.20 Terry Belhumeur was paid by Counselor Trachtenberg (August 17, 2007 letter) for attending his September 6, 2007 Examination for Discovery.
Indeed, Mr. Belhumeur has a lot for which he'll have to answer. We received a 43 page tome (including Exhibits) from Murray Trachtenberg dated April 15, 2008. In it, he attempts to build a case for the Co-Defendant to be disqualified for not respecting Court of Queen's Bench Rules. The Motion Hearing was held April 28, 2008 before Master A.W. Sharp who adjourned it to May 12, 2008. We'll be saying more shortly.
Part of Counselor's Trachtenberg's 43 pages of Canadian taxpayer financed legal scribblings contain a partial transcript of what Mr. Belhumeur said at his Examination for Discovery. To date, two Episodes of $The Murraygate Tapes$ covering the first 16 pages have been posted on this site. Shortly, we'll begin transcribing the next installment. Soon you'll be able to read what Mr. Belhumeur actually said. If we feel anything is false, misleading or a misrepresentation of the facts, of course, we'll challenge it online. Please stay tuned, it shouldn't be too long.

But Mr. Pieuj, we haven't established WHAT THIS MONEY WAS FOR, WHY did Terry receive this payment, WHAT did he do to deserve it???!! Can someone answer that question for me?
