Never sell Rocco short this is one lawyer who knows his Constitution and Charter Rights Law better than the back of his hand but what's really refreshing about him and colleague Paul Slatsky is their willingness to take on the federal government via the Toronto based Constitutional Rights Centre. How refreshing to have lawyers who aren't anally fixated in accepting unpopular cases that piss off the feds for fear of losing government contracts and almighty billable hours.

So there it was a CNN live report yesterday gleefully claiming it had scooped another first - more lewd, lascivious reports dating back to 2005 in which Donald Trump trashes women. You're then told but oh no they're too terrible to repeat on a major network, however, should you visit CNN.com you will find a written transcript Huh?

Should make for a fascinating debate tonight as two politicians take turns s....ing all over each other - look for Team Dirty Old Bill and Sleazy Untrustworthy Hillary versus Loud Mouth Trump to get nasty really quickly. You've got to love it politicians dumping all over each other!
